Be part of a growing and prospering company as a Client Services Manager for our Madison and Milwaukee, WI offices. Auxiant is a third party administrator of self-funded employee benefit plans with offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison and Milwaukee, WI. Auxiant is a fast-growing, progressive company offering an excellent wage and benefit package.
Job Summary:
· Oversee the account managers & account coordinators in the respective office(s)
Essential Functions:
- Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, and retention.
- Lead the training and development of newly hired account managers and account coordinators
- Ongoing development and training of account managers and account coordinators
- Assigns new group business
- Works closely with the Director of Client Services on staffing and clients assigned to each account manager/account coordinator
- Helps foster a productive and empowering working environment
- Creates universal processes & procedures for new vendor partners as well as existing vendor partners
- Assist Account Managers with client relationships & management to create a positive relationship and aid in client retention
- Manages a small client book of business 3-5 clients
- Assist/Lead communication strategies both internally and externally for the department
- Work with department supervisors and managers within Auxiant to ensure collaboration needs are met between departments
Nonessential Functions:
- Other duties as assigned or appropriate
Education/Qualifications:
· Prior self-funded health plan TPA experience required
· PC Skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, PowerPoint
· Previous experience in a professional office environment
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet established deadlines and change as business needs require
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and coaching and mentoring individuals
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation skills
· Willingness to travel as needed
· Valid driver’s license
· Insurance License to be obtained
