Auxiant is currently looking for a candidate to fill in software architect position.

Person in this position leads a group of developers through the entire project life cycle, designs the high-level structure of software systems, makes key decisions about technology, components, and scalability to ensure the solution meets project requirements and business needs.

Their responsibilities include:

• Working with stakeholders during requirement gathering phase to fully understand business and products requirements.
• Overseeing, coordinating and approving work scope to be executed by the team
• Delegating work to developers
• Communicating with team leads, stakeholders, other teams and their members on all aspects of projects under development.
• Developing clean, scalable and efficient code
• Working with team lead on implementing new technologies and proofs of concept
• Maintaining code and procedures documentation for their projects
• Provides strong leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Participates in training of new team members.

Required skills / experience:

• Proficiency in web development technologies, such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with database design and development with strong focus on scalability and high availability (MySQL).
• Experience with source control systems and version control
• Working knowledge of containerized, distributed environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
